When everything came to a grinding halt and I was forced to pivot because the money stopped coming in, I didn’t panic.
The money stopped and I still had:
- A wife who doesn’t earn an income.
- A brand new baby.
- A mortgage.
- Bills.
- A lifestyle built around money that had been coming in consistently for a long time.
Then, almost overnight, the situation changed, money’s no longer coming.
Most people in this situation start refreshing their bank account, spiraling in their own head, wondering if they need to go find a job, sell something desperate, or grab whatever fast-money trend is working this week.
But I didn’t feel that.
Instead of, “What the hell am I going to do?”
I thought, “Okay. What am I going to build next?”
That is a completely different place to live from.
And the only reason I could be that calm is because I had spent the last five years building skills that completely remove the fear and uncertainty from those situations.
The most important one, knowing how to create something people actually want to buy.
I can always jump on something trendy, create a hot angle that gets attention, or run a clever launch that squeezes money from people that trust me.
I have those “skills” too, but all of those things are temporary wins that put you back into the same position again shortly after.
The difference maker is that I can look at a market, a person, a problem, a result, and a delivery path and know how to turn that into money in my pocket.
That skill changes how you live, entirely.
When something breaks or changes, you don’t spiral, panic, or feel hopeless.
You diagnose.
You decide.
You build.
That’s what I want for you.
To never have to rely on someone else.
Because I’ve seen what happens when people don’t have that skill from both sides.
Both, people making very serious money online as well as people who can only hope they eventually make it work.
I’ve sat in rooms most beginners will never get access to.
I’ve worked with founders, marketers, operators, and offer owners who had been winning for so long that their normal problems looked nothing like the beginner’s problems anymore.
And I’ve also been on the front line with the customer.
I’m not talking about support tickets or “clear your cache and try again.”
Real conversations with people who bought the training, tried to follow it, tried to post, tried to sell, tried to stay consistent, and still couldn’t understand why nothing was working.
That is where I spent most of my time.
Right between the people who had already achieved life-changing success, and the people doing everything they were told but still couldn’t make an inch of progress.
And I’ve picked up on something that people on both sides of the spectrum either forget or don’t realize.
The people at the top forget how brutal the beginning is. The people at the bottom think only the top can save them. But the person in the middle is usually the one who is the most valuable to both sides.
When you’ve been winning for 15 or 20 years, you are never really starting from zero again.
You have the list, the audience, the reputation, the network, the proof, the stories, the confidence, the assets, the skills.
The moment you launch something, people pay attention because your name already carries weight.
That does not mean those people are wrong, but it often means they’ve lost sight of the part the beginner is actually drowning in.
They forget what it feels like to post to nobody.
To have no proof.
To wonder if your friends think you’re embarrassing yourself.
To stare at the screen thinking, “What the hell am I supposed to say today?”
That is where I became valuable as the person in the middle.
I was close enough to the beginner to understand the actual problem.
But far enough along to see the solution.
I could listen to someone explain why they were stuck and hear the thing they couldn’t hear in their own words.
I could see when the issue wasn’t the hook, niche, funnel, algorithm.
When I shared the core struggles of the people at the bottom with the people at the top and proposed solutions, it was received as the most valuable insight they’ve ever gotten.
In that moment, even the people at the TOP valued the insight of someone “beneath them” more than any insight they could’ve gotten from someone any level higher than them.
This doesn’t mean you “want” to be the person in the middle, what it means is the best insight that will lead to breakthroughs will likely not come from the very top.
Over the past 5 years, I went from complete beginner to the person in the middle.
I’m not at the top right now, I wasn’t at the top in the past and fell off, I’m not going to pretend that I’m at the top, and I’m not in a hurry to get there either.
I don’t need to become a household name.
I’m following the natural trajectory.
And here’s the part I’m most proud of.
You can look really deep.
Comb through the darkest and most hidden corners of the internet where people go when they feel ripped off, lied to, or failed.
You won’t find people saying Ryan is the reason they didn’t get results.
You won’t find people saying I hyped them up, took their money, and disappeared.
You won’t find people saying I told them what they wanted to hear just to keep them comfortable.
Because I operate on truth, logic, and directness.
If I see it, I’ll say it
If your idea is weak, I’ll tell you.
If your offer makes no sense, I’ll tell you.
If you’re trying to sell something you have no business selling, I’ll tell you.
If I think you’re hiding behind content because you’re scared to face the real issue, I’ll tell you.
And if I think you are unwilling or looking for someone else to blame, I’d rather lose the sale than pretend I can help you.
And I’ve demonstrated that publicly.
That is the standard I’m building around now.
Because I’ve seen what this industry becomes when people don’t have standards.
People sell things they shouldn’t be teaching.
Customers buy products that never had a real shot at helping them.
Beginners get trained to fake confidence instead of building competence and skills.
And then the whole space gets called a scam because too many people were sold promises that were never built to be kept.
I’m not okay with that anymore.
So this workshop is not me looking for something to sell.
This is the thing I know I can fix.
If I can get enough people to understand this, fewer people will build businesses around things they secretly don’t believe in.
Fewer people will spend years trying to fix content when the real problem was the offer.
Fewer customers will buy products that disappoint them.
More people will build around problems they can actually solve.
More buyers will get what they paid for.
And more honest people will finally have a way to make money without pretending to be someone they’re not.
That’s why I’m doing this workshop.
And if the money changes, the platform changes, the company changes, or the world around you changes…
you don’t wake up in a panic.
You wake up knowing you can build again.
That’s the skill. That’s the reset.
And that’s what we’re doing in this workshop.
