Use the map now. Complete it properly inside the workshop.
Before You Begin
That is what this map is for.
During the Founders Offer Intensive Workshop, you will learn how to complete every step on this page.
You will start knocking pieces off during the workshop. You may complete some of it between Day 1 and Day 2. But the real value of this map is what happens after the workshop, when you use it to make sure your offer is complete before you try to sell it.
Do not treat this like a normal checklist.
Treat it like an offer readiness test.
Your goal is not to check boxes.
Your goal is to build an offer that has a real problem, a real buyer, a clear outcome, a simple delivery plan, proof, risk reversal, a reason to buy, and a path to your first customers.
The Distance This Map Closes
Start here:
“I have no idea what to sell.”
Finish here:
“I have a sellable offer that is ready to launch.”
01How To Use This Map
How To Use This Map
For each item, mark one status:
Not Started
You have not figured this out yet.
In Progress
You have a rough answer, but it is not clear enough to sell.
Ready
You can explain it simply, confidently, and specifically.
Do not mark something “Ready” just because you thought about it.
Ready means you could show it to a real person and they would understand what you are selling, why it matters, and why they should care.
This map should be completed in chronological order. Do not proceed to the next step until the one before it is 100% complete.
01Phase 1: Before You Build
Phase 1: Before You Build
Do not build the product yet.
Do not design the logo yet.
First, prove you are solving a problem worth building around.
1
Choose a problem you can actually solve
You need to know what problem you are solving before you create anything.
Not “fitness,” “money,” “mindset,” “content,” or “business.”
A real problem.
A real person should be able to say:
“Yes, that is exactly what I am dealing with.”
Checklist
Status:
2
Identify why they have the problem
People do not have problems randomly.
They are usually missing something.
They may be missing knowledge, skill, structure, confidence, using the wrong process, trying to solve the wrong problem first, etc.
Your offer gets stronger when you understand why they are stuck.
Checklist
Status:
3
Confirm people are already paying to solve this
A good offer does not need you to invent demand from scratch.
You want proof that people already care.
You are looking for signs that people spend money, time, attention, or effort trying to solve this problem.
Checklist
Status:
4
Judge the market quality
Not every market is worth building in.
Some markets are starving.
Some are average.
Some are crowded but still full of demand.
Some are dying.
Some are full of broke, curious people who love free content but rarely buy.
You need to know what kind of market you are walking into.
Checklist
Status:
5
Define the painful starting point
Before they care about your solution, they need to believe you understand their current situation.
You need to know where they are right now.
Checklist
Status:
6
Define the dream outcome
You are not just selling “help.”
You are selling an outcome, result, transformation.
From stuck to clear.
From confused to confident.
From guessing to knowing what to do next.
From problem to result.
Your outcome needs to be clear enough that someone can immediately understand why they would want it.
Checklist
Status:
02Phase 2: Build The Offer Logic
Phase 2: Build The Offer Logic
This is where you map the transformation.
You are not building deliverables yet.
You are figuring out what has to happen for the buyer to get the result.
7
Map the result path
Every offer needs a path.
If someone has the problem now and wants the outcome later, what has to happen in between?
Checklist
Status:
8
Choose the simplest delivery container
The delivery container is how the buyer gets the help.
That could be a workshop, course, coaching program, template pack, service, audit, guide, challenge, system, community, or hybrid.
Checklist
Status:
9
Decide what must be included
Your product should include what the buyer needs to move through the result path.
Only what helps them get the result.
Checklist
Status:
03Phase 3: Make The Offer Valuable
Phase 3: Make The Offer Valuable
A product is what they get.
An offer is the full reason they buy.
10
Strengthen the value
People do not buy because something exists.
They buy because keep their problem and pain is more expensive than paying you to solve it.
Use the value formula to maximize offer strength.
Checklist
Status:
11
Find the holes
Before you sell the offer, look for the gaps.
What would make someone hesitate?
What would make them say:
“Yeah, but what about this?”
That is where your offer gets stronger.
Checklist
Status:
12
Add bonuses that solve real gaps
Bonuses should not be random extras.
Good bonuses make the core offer easier to buy.
Checklist
Status:
13
Add risk reversal
Buyers are always carrying risk.
They wonder:
“What if this does not work for me?”
“What if I waste my money?”
“What if I buy this and regret it?”
“What if I cannot actually use it?”
Your job is to reduce that risk in a way that is fair to them and fair to you.
Checklist
Status:
14
Gather proof
Proof makes the offer believable.
You need proof that supports the promise.
Checklist
Status:
15
Clarify why this offer is different
You do not need to be wildly unique.
But you do need a reason someone should pay attention to your offer instead of every other option they have seen.
Checklist
Status:
04Phase 4: Make The Offer Sellable
Phase 4: Make The Offer Sellable
Now you turn the offer into something a buyer can actually understand and buy.
This is where your thinking becomes sales material.
16
Choose the main angle
The angle is the first way someone notices the offer.
It is the hook.
It is the idea that makes the right person stop and think:
“That is for me.”
Checklist
Status:
17
Write the offer page
Before you build everything, write the offer page.
This forces you to make the offer clear.
If you cannot explain it clearly, you are not ready to build it yet.
Checklist
Status:
18
Choose the price
Price is part of the offer.
A good price should make sense based on the problem, the outcome, the buyer, the market, the delivery method, and the level of support.
Checklist
Status:
19
Build the minimum V1 deliverables
Now you build.
Not before.
At this point, you know the problem, buyer, outcome, result path, offer structure, sales message, bonuses, proof, and price.
Build only what is needed to fulfill the promise.
Checklist
Status:
20
Assemble the buyer path
A buyer should not have to guess what happens after they purchase.
The path should be simple.
They pay.
They get access.
They know what to do first.
They know where everything is.
They can start.
Checklist
Status:
05Phase 5: Launch And Improve
Phase 5: Launch And Improve
The offer is not finished when you build it.
It becomes stronger once real people respond to it.
21
Choose where the first buyers will come from
You do not need a complicated funnel to get your first buyers.
You need to know where the right people are and what you will say to get their attention.
Checklist
Status:
22
Launch the offer
Launching means putting the offer in front of people and asking them to buy.
Not endlessly preparing or waiting until it feels perfect.
Checklist
Status:
23
Track what happens
The market will tell you what is working.
Pay attention.
Checklist
Status:
24
Improve the offer
Your first version is not supposed to be perfect.
It is supposed to exist.
Then you improve it based on real feedback.
Checklist
Status:
Final Offer Readiness Test
Final Offer Readiness Test
Before you launch, you should be able to answer these questions clearly:
If you cannot answer those questions yet, you do not have a complete offer.
You have pieces.
That is normal.
The purpose of the Founders Offer Intensive Workshop is to help you complete those pieces in the right order.
01What problem am I solving?
02Who am I solving it for?
03Why do they want it solved now?
04What outcome do they want instead?
05What has to happen for them to get that outcome?
06How am I helping them get there?
07Why is this offer valuable?
08Why should they believe it will work?
09Why is now a good time to buy?
10What happens after they purchase?
11Where will my first buyers come from?
The Point Of This Map
The Point Of This Map
The map alone is not the workshop.
In the workshop, I will show you how to complete each step, make the right decisions, avoid the common beginner traps, and build the offer in a way that gives you a real shot at getting buyers.
You will learn how to:
Find a real problem worth solving.
Validate that people are already paying for help.
Turn the problem into a clear outcome.
Map the steps your buyer needs to complete.
Choose the simplest way to deliver the result.
Build the offer before wasting time building the product.
Use bonuses, proof, risk reversal, and positioning to make the offer stronger.
Create the sales material.
Assemble the first version.
Launch it to your first buyers.
